When you RSVP to an event, we collect your name, optionally your email address, your RSVP status, any optional message, and if you choose to share it, your approximate geographic region (never your exact location). If you upload a photo to a photo wall, we store the image and the optional name you provide.
When you create an account to host events, we collect your email address and store the event details you create.
We do not sell your personal information. Your RSVP data is visible to the event host. We use Supabase for database storage and authentication, and Resend for transactional email delivery — both operate under their own privacy policies.
RSVP records and event data are retained for as long as the event exists. Hosts may delete their events at any time, which removes associated RSVPs. You may request deletion of your RSVP by contacting the event host or us directly.
We use cookies only for authentication (to keep you logged in as a host). We use browser local storage to remember your photo upload token across sessions on the same device — this token is tied to your confirmed RSVP and is not a tracking identifier.
Questions about your data? Contact us and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
